The neighborhood is home to a mix of Egyptian and expatriate residents, making it a diverse and cosmopolitan community. The Apartment is located close to several international schools, making it a popular choice for families with children. The neighborhood is also well-connected to the rest of Cairo, with easy access to major highways and public transportation options. There are several parks and recreational areas located near the apartment such as; 1) Wadi Degla Protected Area: Located about 20 minutes away by car, the Wadi Degla Protected Area is a large nature reserve that offers hiking trails, wildlife viewing, and stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape. 2) Maadi Grand Mall Park: This small park is located just 10 minutes away by car and offers a playground, grassy areas for picnics, and a small lake with paddle boats. 3) Family Park: Located about 10 minutes away by car, Family Park is a large recreational area that offers a range of activities, including a skate park, basketball courts, a playground, and a lake with pedal boats. 4) Cairo Festival City Mall: This large shopping mall, located about 20 minutes away by car, includes a large indoor park with a variety of activities, including a trampoline park, an ice rink, and a play area for young children.
