The accommodation has been furnished with attention to detail and is designed to provide guests with an unforgettable stay. With a high-quality and functional design combined with great facilities (air conditioning, ceiling fans, lighting, kitchen equipment, washing machine, hairdryer ....), the accommodations offer you everything you need for your stay and guarantee your well-being. The latest flat-screen TVs, which function via Smart TV, offer you additional comfort. A reasonably priced room service is also available on request. The best thing is that when you book one of these accommodations, don't think you're in a typical tourist centre such as El Gouna or Makadi Bay. No, you'll be living in the real Egypt! And you'll find a treasure that remains hidden to the usual tourist! So, get ready for an adventure! IMPORTANT: Information on the location of the accommodation, shopping facilities, restaurants or individual distances can be found below. Hello, I am German and have been living with my family in Hurghada for several years. I love this country, the people and the culture. As a host, I am looking forward to giving you an insight into it.
Your accommodation is located in a quiet area in the centre of Hurghada-Al Ahyaa, where you can reach everything you need for your stay on foot (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, bus stations, etc.). Don't be surprised if you don't just meet locals here, as many foreigners from all over the world also live in Hurghada-Al Ahyaa permanently. The district is also favoured by many water sports enthusiasts. This is mainly due to the many extensive sandbanks in combination with shallow, crystal-clear water. Kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming are a MUST here. And believe us, once you are out at sea, you will be overwhelmed by the countless and unique shades of blue that the sea displays here. When you visit Egypt for the first time, in addition to the hospitality of the Egyptians and the fascinating beauty of the country, you should also be prepared for the following things: People living in poverty, lots of street dogs and cats, an unusual-looking architecture, many unfinished buildings, ancient cars, unregulated, noisy traffic, often lots of rubbish. Interruptions in the electricity or water supply are also not uncommon. Much is far removed from western civilisation. So, immerse yourself in an unusual and exciting life! The old town (Dahar) or El Gouna can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. The airport is 15-20 minutes away, El Kawther or the centre about 20-25 minutes. Anyone who knows Egypt knows that taxi prices are very cheap. And if you know Egypt really well, you will know that you can reach any destination almost for free on the microbuses that can be found on every main road.
