Nõmme ja Mustamäe piiril heas korras kahetoaline saunaga korter koos rõduga. Ümbruskonnas on palju rohelust. Maastiku muudavad huvitavaks paepinnad, looduslikud künkad ja kõrged männid. Maja tagant kulgeb Nõmme- Haabersti kergliiklustee, mis ühendab mugavalt Harku-Nõmme valgustatud metsa-ja suusaradasi. Vaid mõneminutilise autosõidu kaugusel asub Nõmme spordikeskus koos lastele ja täiskasvanutele mõeldud seikluspargiga, basseinide ning Glehni pargiga.
Ümbruskonnas on palju rohelust. Maastiku muudavad huvitavaks paepinnad, looduslikud künkad ja kõrged männid.
