Multi-story house with apartments on second and third floors. Covered lounging terrace on second floor with cooking area. Open air terrace on 3rd floor for views or sunning. Hot water, internet, washer dryer. Gated entrantes. Steps from restaurants and beach. Modern, clean.
House is between two unpaved streets. Steps from the malecon and beach. Close- by restaurants with great seafood dishes. Regular bus service on malecon to Porto Viejo or Manta. Quiet fishing village during the day. Tourist traffic on malecon at night with many tourists on weekends. Safe area. Lots of beach to walk or swim. Parapente mountain close by! Very friendly people.
