On 2015, Carlos at 17 years old, began working with his dad on the family’s small business. Eager to help, he got a new idea: to help his parents manage their vacation property in Juan Dolio, in order to provide additional income for his family. Inspired by his engineering classes at college, Carlos always knew that the most important thing was great properties, always inspected before the arrival of the guests, and with the best cleanliness possible. Along this path, the most difficult thing has been working with contractors & property owners who do not share our vision of hospitality and what it means to have an excellent vacation. Despite the challenges, Bellamar has successfully become the #1 vacation rental company in the DR, with a fully staff office in Juan Dolio and more than 3000+ reservations per year.

Las Olas Juan Dolio is a beachfront condominium located in Playa Juan Dolio. It contains 24/7 Reception, Security on site, parking, BBQ rental, Beach volleyball and more. Guest are delighted with the beach front view from our condos and the peace and tranquility that they can enjoy with their families and friends. The condo is in excellent condition. Book your stay with us as soon as posible, we want your business!

Juan Dolio is a small town with numerous restaurants and bars. It's located 20 minutes from Airport Las Americas and 1H and 30 minutes from Punta Cana.

        Condo Entrance Fee: Upon entering the condominium, all guests must pay an additional fee at the front desk for the bracelets required to access the facilities. The cost per bracelet is $200 Dominican Pesos per guest for entry from Monday to Thursday, and 500 Dominican Pesos per guest for entry from Friday to Sunday and holidays. This amount is paid directly at the front desk and is mandatory for all guests in the reservation.
