Spectacular brand new two-level Penthouse, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Corales. This Spacious apartment on two levels, 3 bedrooms (two on the first level and one on the second), 3 bathrooms, roof terrace with private solarium and Picuzzi, high speed wifi. Large living room, dining room and breakfast bar, with a fully equipped kitchen. FREE ROOFED PARKING. Located on a fourth and fifth level. First Level: Kitchen, Living Room (with sofa bed). Dining room, terrace, breakfast room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer dryer. Second Level: Master bedroom, bathroom, Solarium with picuzzi, BBQ area, large terrace. All bedrooms as well as the living-dining room are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Cable TV in the main living room and in two of the bedrooms. A kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary to prepare any dish. Important Info: 1. We can manage your transportation to or from the airport at a cheaper cost than a taxi fare, as well as recommending and managing excursions in the area. 2. The Energy Consumption is not included, it is paid separately, the approximate cost of the Kilowatt is 0.26 cents.

We are a vacation rental agency established since 2012 in the Punta Cana area, we own more than 20 properties in the area, 18 of them within walking distance of the beach. We hope to provide you with our experience to make your vacation an unforgettable stay. I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after that I only receive emergency calls or messages.

The Cortecito-Los Corales area is one of the most desired and sought-after, with a wide variety of international food restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks that you can walk to. From the apartment you will not need to use any type of transport for any basic need, since both the beach, squares, supermarket, etc., are within a radius of 150 meters away. In the same way, if you need to go to other places, you can do it with the public transport minibuses, which pass on Germany Avenue, less than 50 meters from the building. As well as taxi, Uber, among others. For your transportation to and from the airport, we offer a transfer service for an additional cost, cheaper than a taxi (Uber is not allowed to enter the airport).
