The terrace is simply spectacular, with one of the city's most beautiful views and sunsets that will take your breath away. The 6-meter-long coral reef aquarium and the pool with a horizon view create a beach-like atmosphere in the heart of the city. This architectural masterpiece was carefully designed to have the least impact on the environment while emphasizing self-sufficiency. The distribution of its spacious areas and thermal insulation provides natural lighting and good ventilation. All of this, combined with the sound system integrated throughout the house, allows you to carry out your daily activities in a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Equipped with solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, a solar water heater, high-quality German window protection systems, surveillance cameras, and an alarm system monitored by a prestigious private security company.
