Boasting three (3) bedrooms each with a queen sized bed & AC, 2 bathrooms, a well-maintained enclosed property with parking, HS internet & IPTV, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home is an ideal haven for families or professionals seeking a peaceful retreat. Kai Dou is only 10min walking distance from Roseau, Dominica's capital.
I enjoy welcoming new guests to Kai Dou, making them feel relaxed and totally at home.
Relatively quiet Kai Dou is a short 5min walk from the main hospital, followed by a grocery store and playing field, then a pharmacy and continuing into Roseau, Dominica's capital. Kai Dou is only 2 houses away from the main bus route, an easy location for any taxi drivers to find. And with an enclosed property, having a rental car, makes for easy & secure parking.
