The apartment in the south of Munich is officially certified by the German Tourism Association with 4 stars and is fully equipped. You are close to the city but still in an Upper Bavarian idyll. Only 25 minutes from the center by public train or by car. The center for all excursion destinations in the city + beautiful surrounding area. Directly next to several nature conservation areas in the richer part of the southern Munich. This is your temporary feel-good home away from home. In total, the 140 m2 flat consists of: - The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The 30 m2 room has a 200 x 200 com double bed with high-quality mattresses. A functional sofa bed can easily be converted into a 120 x 200 cm sofa bed. A workstation is available - In the second bedroom of about 20 m2 there is a 120 x 200 cm bed as well as a 100 x 220 cm bed for very long people. Also with a workstation. Opposite on the other side of the corridor is the main bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet, washing machine and electric dryer. - The approximately 45 m2 dining and living area with optional bedroom 3 extends over two interconnecting rooms and attached to this is an approximately 12 m2 kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and comfortable seating area for approximately 4-6 people. In the dining area is a dining table for 6 people, which when extended can seat up to 10 people. - The third bedroom can be used as a pure living room for 5 guests, with a large leather sofa and two armchairs as well as the television. For 6 or 7 guests, there are one or two additional single beds. - The terrace of about 40 m2 invites you to relax. There is a garden table with six seats where you can spend wonderful summer evenings.

We speak fluent German and English. We also speak a little French, Italian and Spanish and are happy to offer advice and assistance, but conversely endeavor to give you complete privacy. Please note that parties are not possible. Of course, you can sit at the large dining table with up to 10 people, e.g. for a small family reunion. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the terrace, an ashtray is available. We ask you to dispose of ashes and butts yourself. Pets are unfortunately not allowed because of the possible hair pollution and thus the disturbance of possible allergy sufferers after your visit. Please indicate the exact number of guests when booking. Two children can sleep in each of the two 1.20 x 2 m beds, so that there is room for a total of 5 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 kids or 7 adults. In addition, up to two children's travel cots can be set up, we can provide both children's travel cots. The apartment is of course professionally cleaned before arrival. Please note that for stays of 14 days or more, we clean the apartment and change the bed linen every 7-10 days at the final cleaning price stated in the booking. This ensures that you can always use the flat in the best possible condition, even during longer stays. We will, of course, arrange the exact cleaning times with you during the day so that you are not disturbed as much as possible.

The apartment is surrounded by the most beautiful Bavarian countryside. No matter whether guests are traveling for business or tourism. All relevant destinations are within easy reach: - The beautiful nature-protected Isar Valley is within walking distance. Short, long, interesting and exciting walks are possible. - The most beautiful Bavarian beer gardens are 5-15 minutes away by car. - The beautiful Lake Starnberg with bathing bays 15 minutes by car - Munich city center in 25 minutes by S-Bahn every 20 minutes. - Central parking garage at Stachus 25 minutes by car - Oberammergau and Garmisch 45 minutes by car - Dachau concentration camp memorial 45 minutes by car - Chiemsee with the Fraueninsel 60 minutes by car - King Ludwig II's Neuschwanstein 90 minutes by car - Salzburg in Austria 100 minutes by car - Königssee with Eagle's Nest (Am Obersalzberg, also known as "Hitler's Eagle's Nest") 120 minutes by car We recommend coming by car (plenty of free parking right outside the door - private charging station for electric cars can be used).
