The stylish City Apartment offers modern comfort in a house dating from 1828. It is newly renovated & located in the middle of the historic old town of Donauwörth. A sunny walk along the Wörnitz river, along the old city wall, shopping in the city centre or a visit to a restaurant on the Ried island, everything is within 100 metres walking distance. Enjoy your time in the newly renovated 2 room flat with: - a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, retro Bosch fridge incl. freezer and a dining area - a living room with smart TV + Amazon Prime Video, desk for home office work and a comfortable sofa bed - a stylish bathroom with shower - a separate master bedroom with a comfortable 160x200cm queen-size bed, wardrobe & additional Smart-TV - a private terrace with plants & herbs where you can relax at the end of the day The flat is perfect for couples and families or those looking for comfortable accommodation on business trips. It is fully equipped from fresh towels and bed linen to coffee & a Delonghi coffee machine, you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is WIFI throughout the flat. You will also find a free washing machine in the laundry area. Lovingly renovated and furnished for your enjoyable experience, we hope this flat will help you fall in love with Donauwörth just like we did. Note: As the building is from 1828, there are wooden floors all over the rooms, so it is more noisy than a new residential building. Please take this into account.

The flat is centrally & yet quietly located in a charming street of Donauwörth's city centre. Almost everything can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes. Whether restaurants, a river, a green park, the doll museum, shopping, groceries, bakers, butchers, bars & clubs, Insel Ried, the old city wall, the Heilig Kreuz church and much more. There are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. An inexpensive multi-storey car park is located approx. 250m away (free between 5 - 8 pm).
