It is approx. 5 km to the spa town of Waren and the vacation apartment was extensively modernized and partially refurnished in 2022. It has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, tiled stove), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining table, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, 1 x 1 single bed) and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. A crib and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Heating is provided by central heating and the tiled stove in the living room (firewood available). Outside there is a covered outdoor seating area with garden furniture, barbecue, secure storage for bicycles, a small pool and 2 parking spaces. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and is payable locally: Tourist tax. The vacation apartment is located on the owner's residential property in Jägerhof, a district of the town of Waren. The climatic health resort is only about 5 kilometers away.
