There is also a holiday home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn railway station are all within a radius of around 500 metres. The two-room apartment for 2 to max. 4 people is located on the upper floor and has a furnished balcony. It is equipped with a living area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV), an open-plan kitchenette (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the 820 square metre property there is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities. There is also storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Free W-LAN is also available. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption.
