Das Haus, in dem sich die Apartments befinden, ist ein Neubau, der 2021 bezugsfertig wurde. Alle Räume werden über eine Luftwärmepumpe mit Fußbodenheizung beheizt. Die verbauten Materialien sind schadstoffarm, die Oberflächen offenporig und atmungsaktiv. Die Ferienapartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang und Blick in den Garten. Hier können Sie die Sonne untergehen sehen und sich von einer maritimen, wunderschönen und romantisch illuminierten Terrasse verzaubern und ihren tollen Urlaubstag ausklingen lassen. Schalten Sie einfach einen Gang runter. Ihr Apartment ist liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet, vorzugsweise mit natürlichen Materialien.

In "Sichtweite" (8km) befindet sich Stralsund, Weltkulturerbe-Stadt, einst mächtiges Mitglied im Hansebund. Die aufwändig sanierte Altstadt, in der man an vielen Orten noch den Puls der mittelalterlichen Geschichte spürt, lädt zum Entdecken ein. In Stralsund finden Sie auch Das Ozeaneum, Ein Erlebnisbad, ein Kino, viele verschiedene Restaurants und Kneipen und vieles mehr.. Direkt am Radweg gelegen, ist Nesebanz ein guter Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren. Der Boddenstrand ist 2km entfernt (Drigge) zur Ostsee ist es etwas weiter.
