The style of the apartment can be described as a composition of the modern industrial style, paired with a cozy lounge atmosphere. The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a walk-through room with two bunk beds (4 beds) "ala hostel style". It also includes a cozy living room with a smart TV, a couch and some board games, which invite you to cozy game nights. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and electrical appliances, so that the culinary well-being can always be taken care of with ease. The big special feature is the two-part bathroom, which is divided into a shower room and a toilet/washroom. Thus, the accommodation is prepared for all eventualities and is a wonderful place to stay for a cozy couple's stay, a harmonious family vacation, or a trip alone and is a real all-rounder ;)

When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, your friends or family members will have all the important places to go close by. Such as a playground on the Rhine promenade (about 1-2min walk), restaurants as neighbors and a discounter that is less than a three-minute walk away. The train station is a two-minute walk from the property. The center of Koblenz can be reached by train in 8-10 minutes. All sights in the Rhine-Lahn Valley can be reached in a short time.
