This beautiful 1-room apartment not far from Karl-Heine-Straße surprises with its chic retro style. Fitting to Plagwitz, retro is combined with modernity here. There is enough space for 4 people to sleep, eat, drink and linger. Karl-Heine-Strasse is reached in 5 minutes and by streetcar you can be at the main station in less than 15 minutes. The best way to explore the area is on foot or by bike - there is a lot to discover in Plagwitz ;)
Since 2014 I live in the beautiful city of Leipzig and deal with the interior design of apartments. Since I myself also like to travel with Airbnb, but also rent, I know both sides of the rental and am therefore always trying to give my guests a nice stay. The co-hosts Huy and Constantin are always available by phone, WhatsApp or via Airbnb chat for any questions.
The charming residential district of Plagwitz is known for its restored 19th-century houses. Tourist boats ply the Karl Heine Canal and other waterways surrounded by greenery and lined with brick factory buildings with artists' studios and apartments. On Zschochersche Strasse, the neighborhood's main street, there are casual restaurants and small book and jewelry stores. The Museum of Printing Arts exhibits historic printing presses and type. Streetcar 32 takes you from the main train station directly to Karl-Heine-Strasse in about 15 minutes - without changing trains. Parking is free everywhere here.
