It is approx. 1,000 m to the public swimming pool on the Müritz and approx. 2 km to the center with the beautiful old town and the harbor (public transport). Bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 36 m², ground-floor, non-smoking house with separate entrance is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small sitting area), a small separate kitchen (hotplates, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances) and a recently renovated bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a large covered and furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and storage facilities, electric heating and a parking space. The owner keeps chickens and offers fresh eggs on request (for a fee), fruit from the garden can be harvested by arrangement. The total price includes final cleaning, water and from 01.05. to 30.09. electricity costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity according to consumption (from 01.10. to 30.04.), laundry package (if desired). One dog is allowed in this property.
