The modern furnished apartment is centrally located at Rüttenscheider Stern, not far from Messe Essen, Grugapark and the main train station. Here you can feel at home, relax in the cozy furnished bed and watch a Netflix series. You can prepare your favorite dish in the well-equipped kitchen. From the balcony, you have a unique view over the Essen skyline. The penthouse apartment was recently refurbished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good - right in the center of Essen: You can reach the trade fair Messe Essen within walking distance and quickly, as well as all the stores and restaurants in the city center. You can start your day with a coffee from the espresso machine and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has been furnished in great style and has a comfortable box-spring double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel & shampoo. Parking is possible on the street directly at the house for a fee and in the side street for free. Attention! No payment on site possible!

You live in the south of Essen, right next to Rüttenscheider Stern. The nearest train station is a 2-minute walk away. From there, it's a 7-minute train ride to Essen Central Station with direct connections to Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Wuppertal and Cologne. Messe Essen and the Grugapark can be reached on foot in 13 minutes and the Folkwang Museum in 7 minutes. Düsseldorf Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Free parking is available in the surrounding area. There are several supermarkets and everyday stores in the immediate vicinity. The well-known Rüttenscheider Straße with its bars and restaurants is also in the immediate vicinity. The Alfried Krupp Hospital is 7 minutes away by car and Essen city center and the main train station are 5 minutes away.
