Property information

The modern house is located in a holiday home with approx. 20 holiday homes directly on the Schlei. From the living room and a bedroom you can see across the terrace and a meadow to the Schlei and a sports boat port. The house belonged to Marina Hülsen until 2021, but is now rented out by the owner. The living and dining area are open upwards in the Danish style. The three bedrooms have 2 double beds and 1 single bed. There is a large whirlpool tub in the large bathroom and the sauna, there is also a guest toilet. The house is technically, optically and functionally equipped with high-speed WLAN, flat screen TVs etc.
