Fully renovated, with a fantastic kitchen and an even better view. An efficient heat pump provides warm water. The entire appartment is installed with new Velux windows, providing optimal sound proofing and heat retention in winter. They have blinds installed to keep the heat out in summer. The appartment is insulated very well, and the roof, walls, doors and floor offer high grade noice reducing materials. A TV with a Chromecast and WIFI is of course available. The appartment is located on the 3rd floor.
In 2023, I decided to quit my job and focus fully on renting out some holiday homes. I myself am a big fan of the Moselle region. The vineyards and river offer an environment where I like to spend time with my family. We live in Trier, where there are many forests nearby. We hike there a lot with our children. In addition, there are many good restaurants in Trier and the Moselle region where we can be found regularly. My wife and I spent a lot of time together choosing the materials used by the builders. We always kept in mind that a holiday home is not just a place where you stay at night, but also has to be enjoyable and comfortable.
