Company information

We are a family with a lot of travel experience worldwide and have been using Booking for many years. Therefore, we have an ideal idea of a 10-point flat and are very confident that we can meet the high standards with our flat. We speak fluent German and English. A little French, Italian and Spanish and are happy to offer advice and assistance, but conversely are keen to give you complete privacy. Please note that parties are not possible. Of course you can sit at the large dining table with up to 4 people, e.g. for meetings between friends. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the flat, not even out of the open window. The flat will of course be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Property information

This beautiful 2-room flat is located in the middle of Haidhausen, probably the most beautiful neighbourhood in Munich. The Haidhausen neighbourhood is centrally located in Munich and directly on the Isar river. Grillparzerstraße station is just a minute's walk away, with tram and bus connections every few minutes. Car and bicycle sharing available everywhere. The owner has lovingly furnished the flat with many details. High-quality furniture, a piano, a beautiful double bed (160 x 200 cm) plus a spacious sofa bed 120 x 200 cm are your oasis of peace in the centre of Munich. A 6 square metre terrace/balcony on the 5th floor of the apartment building offers a beautiful view of green avenue trees. Free parking is not possible in the area. We recommend nearby car parks on request. The letting takes place in the name and for the account of the owner through the professional holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. The owner is temporarily travelling and will live in the flat again afterwards. The apartment is rented out for a maximum of 56 days per year in accordance with the statutory regulations of the City of Munich on short-term rentals.

The Haidhausen neighbourhood is centrally located in Munich and directly on the Isar river. Grillparzerstraße station is just a minute's walk away, with tram and bus connections every few minutes. Car and bicycle sharing available everywhere. You are right in the centre of Munich, the flat is in Haidhausen. A 1-minute walk takes you to the Grillparzer Straße tram station with tram line 19, which goes straight to Munich's main shopping mile. Numerous bus connections take you to the surrounding underground and suburban railway stations. But it's worth taking a stroll through the neighbourhood. Many small bars, restaurants, cafes and small shops invite you to stroll around. The building is very secure and always locked. Munich is one of the safest cities in the world! You can walk everywhere at any time. Free parking is not possible in the area. We recommend nearby car parks on request.
