Hello, my name is Dominik Welcome to my holiday flat Apartment Paul. Experience peace a. relaxation right in the heart of the Saarland. 2.5 rooms, private entrance, natural location and privacy create a cozy atmosphere. 50 m² of living space, modern equipment including underfloor heating and a 25 m² terrace ensure comfort. Small office corner available. Ideal for singles, couples, business travelers or guests looking for a home. Central location with easy motorway access and private parking. During your stay, you will have full access to all areas of the apartment, as it belongs exclusively to you alone. That means you'll have the entire apartment to yourselves, and you can feel right at home. The only shared space is the driveway leading to the vacation rental, where you can park your car. Other than that, the apartment is entirely yours during your stay. At the moment, the outdoor area is not fully completed. The terrace is accessible, but there's still a final strip of pavement missing. However, this is only of visual concern. Additionally, the privacy screen towards the neighboring property is also not 100% finished. For now, a temporary solution has been put in place to ensure everyone's privacy. I'd also like to mention that during the core renovation, the exterior wall was damaged and dirtied. I kindly ask you to overlook these purely visual "flaws" when providing your feedback after a successful stay. Over time (and with suitable weather), all these minor details will be addressed. Thank you for your understanding.
I am an avid athlete with a passion for crossfit, running, hiking, packrafting and martial arts. In my free time I like to spend time in nature and am always looking for new challenges. As a host on Airbnb, I want to offer my guests a temporary home where they feel comfortable and have an unforgettable stay. For nature enthusiasts, the proximity to nature of "Apartment Paul" offers a special attraction. Within just a 5-10 minute walk, you can find yourself in the middle of the forest, enjoying the untouched nature to the fullest. You have the option to follow the main forest trails or explore smaller paths dotted with rocky outcrops (known as "Steinrausche") or covered in roots. Listen to the birds' chirping, breathe in the fresh forest air, and be enchanted by the tranquility and magic of the woods. In the immediate vicinity of "Apartment Paul," there is another wonderful opportunity for social moments. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find "Gaststätte Hubertus," a traditional shooting club and restaurant. There, you can savor hearty meals and enjoy refreshing drinks outdoors in good weather (reservation recommended). It's the perfect place to explore local cuisine and spend cozy hours together. Whether in the woods, at the shooting club, or in our friendly surroundings, "Apartment Paul" offers an unforgettable stay, where you can experience the beauty of nature and the warmth of our community.
