A second vacation apartment on the upper floor is only occasionally used privately by the owner. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, mini stereo system, Hark fireplace), an open kitchen (dining table, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances), a dining area with a large dining table, two bedrooms (each with 2 single beds that can be joined together) and a large bathroom with shower/WC. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, parking space and WLAN. A high chair and crib can be provided free of charge for small children. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, energy and water according to consumption. Only one small pet up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property. Neuendorf is a small village on the Saaler Bodden south of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The small towns of Ribnitz-Damgarten and Barth are about 14 km away. The Baltic Sea can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. In the village there is a small harbor with a café/restaurant, a passenger ferry to the peninsula and a bathing area as well as a bicycle rental.
