What’s better than staying directly in a fabulous flat in a park? It’s also having a balcony with a wonderful view of the park! This perfect property is directly at the entrance of Olympiapark! It has a grocery store called Edeka just 200 meters away from the flat. Transportation by tram or train is close by to get directly into the city with a 10 minute train ride! The flat has a sleeper sofa that folds in when not in use. It also has a very comfortable thick 5 cm mattress pad on top of the sofabed for extra comfort that can be stored in the sofa and used as a sofa for more space. We can provide an extra air bed for additional (children under 17) guests can use and even a portable baby crib. There is a fridge, freezer, cooktop, all utensils for your use. There will also be basic seasoning so you don’t have to buy the staples! The There is a high dining table in the flat plus patio dinette set on balcony for sunset dinners. It may be small, but mighty! Location is just stellar on this flat as you can take the train directly to oktoberfest without ever switching trains on a 5 minute walk to the train station at Petuelring then a 14 minute train ride to Geotheplatz! There are multiple ways to get to the city center by either tram or train! But you can even rent our bikes for for the duration of your stay so you can see the town like a local! Why would you ever want to leave the area as Olympiapark is host to so many events throughout the year that you will absolutely enjoy your stay, especially when everything is at your doorsteps! Theres a playground in the park within 200 meters lf the door and even an aquarium in Olympiapark. Luitpold park is also behind this building one block and it such an adorable park as well with lots of trees and shade. Definitely stop by if you’re here during the summer months.

Schwabing-West is located in Munich (Bavaria, Germany). It has many popular attractions, including Olympiapark, BMW Headquarters, Luitpold Park, Nordbad, making it a good choice for travelers. Olympia hosts tons of summer activities, attractions and concerts! There’s a beautiful hill you can see entire city from, and a great spot to listen to concerts that’s playing in the stadium! 30 minutes directly to Oktoberfest, 19 minutes directly to Marienplatz, you can’t ask for a better location!
