Property information

This elegant penthouse apartment is newly furnished in grand style and awaits you with great furnishings, a large covered balcony and space for 8 guests. The elevator will take you directly from the parking space in the underground garage to the apartment. You can look forward to an impressive 145 square meter penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/WC, 1 guest WC, living room and kitchen, where you will feel completely at home. You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this penthouse. All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring double beds, one bedroom is equipped with two beds. In the living room you will find a large dining area for 8 people as well as a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa and large smart TV. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, water dispenser, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate bathtub. The penthouse also has a washer-dryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.

You will live right in the center. It couldn't be more central. Stores and restaurants are just around the corner, so you have everything you need for a pleasant stay in Erding. The train (S-Bahn) is only 500 meters or a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The S-Bahn takes you to Munich's Marienplatz in 45 minutes. The world's largest thermal spa can be reached by car in 8 minutes and by public transport in 15 minutes. Distance to MUC airport: 14 km/15 minutes by car. Distance to the Munich Trade Fair: 30km/30 minutes by car.
