Die Wohung ist Teil eines charmanten Altbaus, welcher komplett saniert ist. Das Schlafsofa schafft sowohl eine gemütliche Atmosphäre sowohl mit Sitzmöglichkeiten als auch einer guten Schlafgelegenheit. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit einer Spülmaschine, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer, einem Flachbildschirm, sowie einer Dartwand. Für einen Moment der Ruhe im Grünen, ist der kleine aber feine Garten ein idealer Ort. Optimale Anbindung an den ÖPNV durch vier Bahnlinien, einer Buslinie und S-Bahn.
Für Probleme, Fragen und Wünsche bin ich entweder persönlich im Haus oder per Mail und Handy erreichbar.
Es ist ein Stadtteil mit offener Atmosphäre, der durch die Nähe zur Universität geprägt ist. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV: 4 Stadtbahnlinien innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Buslinien, S-Bahn und Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe. Fahrradfreundliche Stadt. Auch zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Das Messegelände ist mit einer durchgehenden Stadtbahnlinie bequem in 19 Minuten zu erreichen. Flughafen mit Straßenbahn und S-Bahn in einer guten halben Stunde zu erreichen, mit dem Auto zwischen 20-30 Minuten. Gute Anbindung an das Schnellwegsystem.
