Feel at home in this cozy apartment in the heart of Kassel! The special thing about this charming apartment is the modern furnishings, which together with the parquet floor creates a great atmosphere. Numerous cafes and restaurants are waiting for you right outside the door. The 53m² apartment is equipped with a 1.60m queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a 4K smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and NETFLIX. You can check in yourself at any time. The flat is equipped with a decibel sensor to detect and avoid events and parties. An online check-in form must be completed before arrival in order to comply with the requirements of the Federal Registration Act.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in the neighborhood "Vorderer Westen" of the beautiful Kassel. This part of the city belongs to the core city with the Federal Social Court and the City Hall. Largely spared from the war, you get here the opportunity to see houses from the turn of the century and Gründerzeit. Life in the Vorderer Westen is characterized by several small parks, small individual stores and many restaurants and pubs. The city center can be reached by streetcar in just a few minutes. You will find the stop "Querallee" in the adjacent street. You can park for free in nearby side streets. Free parking is available either directly in front of the building or in the nearby "Goethestraße". There are large parking areas that you can use without a resident's ID card.
