Flat in Duisburg Rheinhausen, not far from Logport / Duisport, Chempark or Rheinhausenhalle. Ideal for business travellers. The 65 sqm flat with two bedrooms with 1.80m and 1.60m box spring beds and a spacious living room with sofa bed and dining table offers enough space for 4 people. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. In the kitchen there is a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine as well as a filter machine for the existing thermos flask for work, everything you need for cooking, from pans and dishes to spices as well as vinegar and oil. For home office days there is a large illuminated desk with comfortable desk chair. The 55" TV with Netflix and Magenta TV is just as good for relaxing in the evening as the private balcony. The modern bright bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower cream and hand soap as well as a hairdryer and offers enough space for your care products. Check-in is via the electric door lock. The living room is also equipped with a Minut home sensor (decibel sensor). Washing machine and dryer are also available in the flat.
The flat is located in Duisburg Rheinhausen near the Logport / Duisport and Chempark industrial estates. Shops for daily needs such as supermarket, pharmacy, bank, petrol station or bakery are within walking distance.
