You can walk to the Baltic Sea stand of Flensburg / Wassersleben in just two minutes. The holiday accommodation, designed for 2-4 people, is located in a first-class and quiet cul-de-sac location within an extremely well-kept residential complex. The non-smoking holiday apartment offers a new and modern bathroom with tub and shower as well as a high-quality kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and fridge and freezer The apartment is modern and lovingly furnished and also equipped with HDTV, Blue Ray / DVD, compact system and of course W-LAN. Leave your car at the parking space belonging to the apartment directly at the house, as you can reach shops, restaurants and bus stops in just a few minutes' walk. The barrier-free apartment, which can also be reached via an elevator, also has a ground floor storage room. Here you can conveniently lock your bicycles separately and without having to lift them. Also on the ground floor is a common room with a washing machine and dryer.
