The approximately 65 square meter apartment, with separate entrance via an outside staircase, in the attic of a renovated old farmhouse with charm has a large room in open plan with separate sleeping area and living room, a separate small room with single bed, bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, egg stove, hand mixer and toaster. The large room impresses with its cozy design with open rustic ceiling beams and a large tiled stove. The living room area has an upholstered corner, dining area and satellite TV, DVD player. The sleeping area has a double bed. The entrance to the apartment is in the entrance area via a 30 square meter balcony terrace. Free parking is available in the courtyard.

The Schindler vacation apartment is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Heglau with a view of the countryside and a stork's nest on the adjacent barn. At the Altmühlsee, about 5 km away, with the famous bird island, there is an adventure playground, surf center, canoe rental, mini golf, boat trip and a paved bike path around the lake. Shopping facilities (ALDI, Rewe, bakery etc.) can be found in Merkendorf, approx. 2 km away. The garden area with swing and sandpit can be shared.
