The property is located in 47139 Duisburg, Karl-Albert Straße Nr 34. This is a 3 floor building,. 1. The 2 Bedroom + Living Room Apartment is on 3 third floor. All sports fans out there will be happy to hear that there is no elevator /lift in the house. 2 of the 3 rooms have street-view, however, being side street, it is rather silent .The 3rd room`s window opens to the inner yard of the house. 2. The 3 Bedroom + Living room apartment is located on the first floor. It is 93 sqm, it has a full bathroom (with toilet and Bathtube) and a second toilet.
Your host is a smart handsome and very humble guy, huge Startrek fan, who will do his best in order for you to feel comfortable. You can communicate with your host in German, English, French and some other Eastern European languages :) Since Google Translate was invented, there are virtually no language barriers (except some exotic dialects obviously :)

Since Duisburg is an industrial city, inhabited mostly by the middle-working class, the neighborhood is not comparable with Manhattan or Dubai, So if someone is looking for an area with luxurious houses, expensive Shops, bars and nightclubs, then he / she is in the wrong neighborhood in Duisburg-Beeck. Duisburg-Beeck is located in the Northern-central part of Duisburg,, having a population of 11.500 of the total 510.000 in Duisburg. We have a multicultural environment with people of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds The property is in the Center of Duisburg -Beeck (not Duisburg Downtown) We have in a 400 meter radius the following : 4 fast foods (Thai food, Turkish Döner/Kebap), a Greek restaurant , 3 little bakeries 2 pharmacies A "Rewe" supermarket, 2 Fruit / vegetables/food stores with Turkish products 3 barbershops 2 Mobile/GSM shops A bank with 24h ATM Service (Sparkasse) DM shop (cosmetics &Co) Kodi shop (household stuff) Carpet and textile shop 4 Barbershjops (hairdresser) Thai Massage Studio the König Pilsener beer Brewery
