House Duhnenperle! A 74 m² large, exclusive holiday apartment in a top location awaits you. The Ahoi Thalasso Center, the beautiful North Sea beach and Duhn town center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The Duhnenperle offers space for up to 4 people and is very high quality and comfortably furnished. This is what awaits you on the ground floor: A spacious living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped fitted kitchen. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and a double vanity. This is what awaits you in the ground floor: Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bed linen is included. Another bathroom with toilet and vanity. The basement can be reached either via the stairs within the apartment or via the elevator in the stairwell. Special features Bedrooms with blackout curtins, floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor with electric. shutters, completely tiled and therefore suitable for people with allergys, HD television in the living room and in each bedroom, hi-fi system with iDock, internet access, furnished terrace, a handcart for the kids to use freely. The apartment has a beach chair on the beach from May to October.
