Also for long-term stays and business travelers. 3 rooms each with a double bed in hotel quality and comfort height as well as cable TV and free WLAN. In two rooms there is also enough space for a baby travel crib in each room. In the largest room there is a narrow sleeping chair for another child. This room offers direct access to the balcony with electric folding arm awning and seating. Each room is equipped with electric external blinds, a seating area, cable TV, a wardrobe, a closet with mirror, sufficient shelves and clothes hangers. On your arrival, the beds are always fresh and made up like in a hotel. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Each room has its own labeled storage compartment in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need. There is even a soda stream. For coffee drinkers, there is a Nespresso capsule machine and a filter attachment for manual brewing. In the basement there is storage space for bicycles and a drying room for laundry. You will find the “Heidjertreff” wash house 160m away directly on the main road, just a 2-minute walk away. 2 travel cribs and 2 high chairs can be requested with all accessories for a one-off fee. If required, please contact me briefly to make arrangements. The use of the guest towels, shower towels, hand and shower towels and bed linen provided is included in the rental price. In 2012 I bought this apartment, disappointed with love, I had said to myself, who needs a man - I can do everything by myself. Well, far from it: I met the man of my heart in my new home; he should fix my apartment for me - well the painter :-) We got married in 2018. It can go that way too. The city center with all the sights, the Mediterraneo Moin outlet center, other shops of all kinds, restaurants, ice cream parlors and the Weser beach can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car or by bus (a cheap sightseeing tour) in just 30 minutes. The city center and the train station as well as the other parts of the city can be easily reached by public transport. Even party-goers come home safely at night with our Moonliner bus. The next bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away. The bus timetables are also available at the information desk. For water sports enthusiasts and sun worshipers and swimmers, the Blue Bay Spadener See, 7 km away, is just the thing. Bad1 with a water slide, steam bath, whirlpool and outdoor pool can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The closest playground is a 2-3 minute walk away. We recommend the Robinson play park with large knee-deep water basins, soccer field, basketball court, barbecue area and toy rental. Among other things, Thiele's garden with its beautiful sculptures is worth seeing, where the Hollywood diva Olivia de Havilland (Gone with the Wind) was on a flying visit in 1958.
