Our fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances like a coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher, caters to all your culinary needs. Relax in the stylish living area with a velvet sofa, retro armchairs, and a TV loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Spotify. The bedroom promises restful nights with luxurious bedding and tranquil courtyard views. With a modern walk-in shower, separate WC, and ample storage, every detail ensures a homely stay. Although the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, its charm and peacefulness make it worth the climb. As a smart home, we provide easy self-check-in with a Nuki smart lock and personal code, while Alexa speakers offer convenient control of lighting and entertainment. Located near Rudolfplatz and Neumarkt, public transport is just steps away, making it easy to explore the city and access Koelnmesse. For those driving, paid on-street parking and a paid public underground garage are available. Additionally, courtyard parking behind the building across the street at our office is offered for half the price of public parking.
