arrive-feel-good-enjoy. The BEACH HOUSE II is a fantastic 75 sqm 2-room penthouse apartment with a unique view of the Flensburg Fjord and private underground parking directly in the house. Whether alone, as a couple or with the family - here you can enjoy yourself! The spacious roof terrace offers you a unique panoramic view of the beach and the sea, which is less than 100 meters away. Due to the fantastic location of the terrace, sun lovers get their money's worth all day long. Also the bright living and dining area with open kitchen invites you to stay and relax. The BEACH HOUSE II was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021/22. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed (for the 3rd and 4th person), dining area and fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher etc-ideal for self-catering!), a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. In BEACH HOUSE II you have of course free WLAN (VDSL 100Mbit) at your disposal. In addition to the large TV in the living room (HD-TV + MagentaTV) you will find another flat screen TV in the bedroom.

The BEACH HOUSE is located directly on the Flensburg Fjord in the Wassersleben district. The city of Flensburg is right next door and Denmark can also be reached after just 750 m via the idyllic border crossing Schusterkate. Do you feel like going for a walk? Then you are right here! Whether on the beach or in the forest - or even both at the same time. Or maybe you prefer a round of shopping in the beautiful city center of Flensburg and finally a delicious drink or meal in one of the numerous restaurants at the Flensburg harbor? Here you are truly spoiled for choice. But also in the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your physical well-being. Only about 250 m away is a Greek restaurant and after only 150 m you reach a Danish supermarket.
