This modern flat is located directly in the centre opposite the Ebert Quarter, making it the perfect starting point for things to do in Cottbus. Various bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. - 40 m² - 1 room - kitchen - bathroom - bathroom with shower and washer-dryer - very well equipped kitchen - coffee machine for freshly ground coffee in the morning - blackout curtains in the bedroom - 1,80x2,00 boxspring bed for restful sleep - desk, fast Wlan and Netflix - easy and contactless check in - free parking space - very good accessibility by bus and train

You will find a wide variety of restaurants and cafés right outside the door. It is only a 4-minute walk to the Altmarkt and 3 minutes to the Stadthalle. A pharmacy and several bakers are in the immediate vicinity. Also within walking distance you will find the Dieselkraftwerk art museum on the Amtsteich, the Puschkinpark and the Spree river, and a wide variety of shopping opportunities.
