The entire complex is designed to be ecologically/biologically sustainable and has its own biological sewage treatment plant, its own solar power supply and its own well. (Water is suitable for baby food.) There is a restaurant in Zechlinerhütte (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities and other restaurants in Rheinsberg (approx. 7 km). The spacious property with various seating and sunbathing areas extends to the lake, where all guests have their own jetty, rowing and paddle boats for hire (for a fee) and fishing opportunities (fishing license available in Zechliner Hütte). Sufficient parking spaces, bicycle storage and storage areas, barbecue, sun loungers and W-LAN are also available. A large covered communal seating area can be used by all guests to celebrate, chat, barbecue or play table tennis. The approx. 30 square meter non-smoking wooden house for 2 persons has a combined living-bedroom (double bed, small sitting area, flat screen TV, radio/CD), a kitchen area (electric stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC, additional electric radiators, a small anteroom, which can also be used as a veranda, as well as a covered terrace, insect protection on the windows is available. The total price includes final cleaning, water and normal energy consumption. When using the electric radiators, electricity is charged according to consumption.
