The house is located in the most sought-after residential area of Ruhpolding in a central and yet absolutely quiet south-facing location on a large property with a breathtaking view of the Ruhpolding mountain panorama. The cozy, well-kept apartments with balcony or terrace are almost all facing the garden. A comfortable lounge is available for groups. Parking spaces are directly at the house.
