It extends over two living levels. On the first floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, smart TV with preparation for well-known streaming services, secretary/desk, dining table, wood-burning stove), an open kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed) and a guest toilet with washing machine. On the upper floor there is another bedroom (1 x double bed) with an unobstructed view of the lagoon and a bathroom with shower/WC. A crib and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, a balcony, barbecue, sun loungers, secure storage for bicycles and parking. The house is equipped with a modern heat pump (underfloor heating) and a wood-burning stove. The initial supply of firewood is free of charge. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. A visitor's tax is payable in the spa town from April to October (payable on site). A small dog with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.
