Stores, cafés and restaurants as well as the beautiful spa gardens on the Haussee are within walking distance, as are the ferry and a jetty on the Schmaler Luzinsee. The approx. 55 m² non-smoking house has a separate entrance, is centrally heated and tastefully furnished. It has a spacious living area (sofa bed - additional bed for two people, flat screen TV) with dining table and open kitchen (electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a large bedroom upstairs (double bed, washbasin, guest bed on request) and a bathroom with shower / WC. There is also a cozy seating and barbecue area, a parking space and free WLAN. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
