Holiday apt, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, joint area for kitchen & living room, spacious veranda. It is equipped with all necessary furniture & amenities as well as brand new kitchen appliances to make guest feel at home. Main bedroom with double bed & wardrobe 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds & wardrobe Sofa bed available at living room Free wi-fi Split unit (20000 BTU) installed in the living room which covers the whole apt for cool & warm air. Split units are also installed in 2 bedrooms. Extra fans in bedrooms . Self check in with lock box Min. Stay 2 nights during June 1 week during July , 1 week during August , 2 days during September . The apt is located in a quiet area in Kapparis -Protaras. At apx. 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive you can find lovely beaches, restaurants, supermarkets. 5 minutes walk you can find a bakery, & mini market. Just across the road there is a nice & cheap restaurant with swimming pool. Public transportation is available 15 minutes walk. This apt would be more appropriate for guest renting a car or a motorbike or for families with their own car. Private covered parking is available !
