Luxurious villa, newly built in the heart of the old town of Paphos. Finished to a very high standard with professional interior design styling and high quality materials. An easy walk to lots of local shops, restaurants, the market and only a 15 mins drive from Paphos Airport. This 4 bedroom property with pool, outdoor dining and bbq, and separate outdoor seating area has been designed as a stunning home from home with everything you could need to enjoy a relaxed time in Cyprus. The villa offers the unique benefit of a live-in housekeeper who will be there to help with orientation, preparation of food, cleaning and generally taking care of you!
This area is the old town of Paphos, where the locals lived and worked. It has become the more cultural and authentic area of town with many amazing restaurants and historic sites. The local brunch place (at the end of the street) is a favourite with tourists and Paphians alike. Local attractions include Tomb of the Kings (5-10 mins drive), Paphos Harbour & mosaics (5-10 mins drive), many local beaches (5 mins drive)
