All legal Municipal and Health permits up to date. Well I have a very nice mountain view and hummingbirds come and go all day in my back garden! My house is next to the Coffee Bean Monument and Park, so the birds are always chirping! SJO is only half a KM away. ATM at Denny's and Fiesta Casino. Guests with rentals can park in front of my property, very quiet street almost no traffic.
