Peñavista esta hubicado estratejicamente cerca a diferentes puntos turísticos que ofrece el municipio de Simijaca y sus alrededores. 40 minutos de Villa de Leyva 30 minutos de Raquira 10 minutos de Chiquinquirá 15 minutos de Piedra Colgada. 10 Minutos de la Laguna de Fuquene. 5 Minutos del centro de Simijaca 20 minutos del mirador del Currycuyes.
