Unknowingly, I have been a homestay host in Shanghai for six years now, managing over a dozen properties. I hope to bring you a warm journey filled with a scholarly ambiance. Facilities: The room is equipped with an elevator, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave oven, rice cooker, tableware such as bowls and plates, washing and drying machine, 24-hour hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, packaged towels and bath towels, disposable slippers, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, free bottled water, etc. For more services and facilities, please refer to specific listings. Cleaning: Our cleaning service is provided by a professional homestay cleaning company. We ensure one-time cleaning for each guest. The bedding set (sheets, pillowcases, quilt cover, and fitted sheet) is cleaned, and ironed by a laundry service provider. Towels and bath towels are guaranteed to be packaged. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning of the room, we will arrange for the cleaning aunt to visit you again until you are satisfied. Payment Method：It supports WeChat, Alipay and other third-party platforms or bank transfers. Please pay the advance payment within 24 hours after placing the order.
