Schöne Altbauwohnung direkt an der Langstrasse (Party-Meile von Zürich). Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (2x Doppelbetten, 1x Einzelbett), ein Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und Ausziehsofa, eine Dusche, eine Toilette und eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, ohne Lift.
Unique location, directly on Limmatquai in the heart of Zurich's old town. Only 7 minutes by foot to the train station, a tram stop is just outside the building (»Rudolf-Brun-Brücke»). The rooms are newly renovated, they all have a sink in the room, toilets and showers are shared. It's an almost 500-year-old building with a lot of charm. *** Einmalige Lage, direkt am Limmatquai im Herzen von Zürich. Nur 7 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, Tramhaltestelle »Rudolf-Brun-Brücke» direkt vor dem Haus. Frisch renovierte und neu eingerichtete Zimmer, alle mit Lavabo im Zimmer, Duschen/Toiletten auf dem Gang. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Blick auf die Limmat. Ein 500-jähriges Haus mit viel Charme!
