We manage 5 apartments in the building: The 90 square meter apartment on the fourth floor without elevator has a living room with sofa area and dining table and lovely views of Celerina and the Muottas Muragl. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine in the apartment and condominium laundry. Parking space. The 3 bedrooms apartment of 80 square meters on the third floor without elevator. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one double, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. Lounge with dining area that looks over Celerina with access to the balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with tub and bidet. Garage The 80 square meter apartment on the fourth floor without a lift features a lounge with sofa area and dining table and enchanting views of Celerina and Muottas Muragl. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Well equipped kitchen. Communal laundry. Parking place.

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Villasimius is located opposite the Celerina train station, just 300 meters from the ski lifts and the cross-country trails. The center of the village is around the corner. St. Moritz is only 2 km away.
