Willkommen in meinem Haus & zugleich Wohlfühloase auf dem Berg. Ich wohne momentan noch alleine hier an leicht erhöhter Lage in der Nähe des Waldes. Sie können hier eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Seeland und die Alpenkette geniessen! Zudem leben sie hier in einer praktisch unbefahrenen Strasse, welche direkt zum Wald, zur Hauptstrasse & somit auch den beiden Restaurants unseres Dorfes führt. Interessant für jedermann; ob Sportler, Entdecker oder einfach für eine entspannende sorgenlose Zeit!

-Ruhiges Quartier mit vielen Einfamillienhäuser -Wunderbarer Panorama-Blick tagsüber genauso wie abends mit dem tollen Lichtermeer der Stadt Biel. -In der Nähe befindet sich ein Altersheim mit Cafe & Restaurant -Bei anfallenden Reparaturen ihres Wagens, ist eine Autogarage in unmittelbarer Nähe. -Funiculaire/Seilbahn erreichen sie nach 7 minütigen Fussweg. -Die Fahrt nach Biel Altstadt beträgt ca. 5 Minuten -Die letzte Bergfahrt ist um 00:00 Uhr -Spitalzentrum Biel(Mittelstation) in 3 Minuten erreichbar -Ein Ausflug nach Magglingen gefällig? -Ein 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus sie ein Gratis-Schulbus in ca. 6 Minuten nach Magglingen führt. (Achtung nur unter der Woche)
