Lugano is all to be discovered from these beautiful, recently renovated lake-view studio apartments just a stone's throw from the LAC: MINERVA APARTMENTS (Minerva 403, Minerva 404 and Minerva 405) will surprise you with their well-organized and tastefully furnished space. The sofa becomes a comfortable double bed for the night and the corner kitchen, overlooking the living room, has everything you need to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Enjoy a sweet awakening on the small terrace, sipping an excellent coffee, prepared with the waffles we leave for guests: in front of you the romantic panorama of the city, the lake and its gentle mountains. The bathroom has a modern shower in which to relax at the end of the day. From Minerva Apartments, the city center is only a 5-minute walk away: get there by strolling along the charming lakefront! A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and toiletries. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast. Wifi is free and available to guests. The apartments do not have private parking.

Neighbourhood information

Nearby: Lakefront and Lac, the city centre and the Lugano railway station are just, respectively, 5 and 7 minutes’ away; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is served by grocery stores, café and restaurants. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment doesn’t have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 (direction Lugano, Centro) (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minutes to get to the building.
