The newly renovated fireplace is not only chic, but also provides warmth on cold days. At the elegant wooden table there is room for six people. The leather sofa is a very comfortable seat and also offers the possibility of an extra bed, 1.60m x 1.95m for 1 -2 people. In the bedroom there is a large box spring bed, 1.80m x 2.00m. The sunny location and the fantastic view are special. From the two large garage parking lots an elevator leads directly into the apartment on the third floor.
