•All furniture, beds, cauches, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, Fridge (bigger size Liebeherr), dishwasher, microwave, curtains, are ALL Brand New. •Robot for Brooming - cleans all the apartment. •In Living-room, big screen TV with all channels, Wi-Fi, 2 Leather couches (Natuzzi reddish color), carpet, beautiful paintings and ornaments -owner is a designer and art collector. •The special positive and energizing atmosphere is beyond the pictures and can be easily felt once you step in…..
• The APARTMENT Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with desk and couch (opens to one bed or 2 beds), Living room, beautiful furnished Terrace with very nice view on the French fields, Bathroom (toilet, bathtub, large table/sink, cabinet), a small Pantry room, Kitchen with island, Dining area etc. • WASHING/DRYING machines room + separate spacious drying room with hanging lines reserved all-day on every Thursday. • PARKING - Free parking on the street - always available. • 2 BICYCLES -available for free. • Our small BUILDING -3 floors, 9 neighbors (our apartment on the 2nd floor), the house is 2nd from the street on the borderline with France surrounded with beautiful fields and gardens. • Top SUPERMARKET - “Lidl” is in France (half price than Switzerland) in 3 minutes’ drive or 10 minutes walk - you cross the border that is almost always unmanned. • OLD TOWN of Allschwil -in less than 15 minutes’ walk - beautiful restaurants, shopping’s etc. • Driving to/from EURO-AIRPORT is less than 15 minutes’ drive. •BASEL CENTER City or SBB Train Station or BASEL MESSE (Exhibitions) less than 10 minutes’ walk to Tram No. 6 or Buss No. 48.
